Refund Policy

At Avvini Athletica, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece you wear. If something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, store credit, or exchange, provided it meets our return conditions.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

• Be free from perfume, deodorant, body odour, or washing powder

• Be free from make-up, fake tan, glitter, or pet hair

Refunds

For change-of-mind returns (where the item is not faulty):

• Refunds are available within 30 days of delivery

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method via our return portal

Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• Any applied discount codes or rewards will not be reinstated

Store Credit

All customers are eligible to receive store credit for returned items.

• Store credit is valid for 3 years from the date of issue

• Store credit and gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash

• Discount codes and rewards used in the original purchase are not reissued

Exchanges

We offer a one-time free size exchange per order.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability

• Your exchange will be processed once your return is in transit

• If an exchanged item is returned, it will be eligible for store credit only

• Duties and taxes (if applicable) are not included for exchange orders
